Booking Policies

• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer or card.
• For cancellations made up to ≤ 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• For bookings made up to ≥ 60 days before arrival, a 10% discount applies to the total amount, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

Features

This apartment is located at the front of the complex, on the eastern side, with easy and comfortable access via stairs only. It is a self-contained two-room apartment of 50 sq.m., characterized by its distinct levels. At the entrance (upper level), there is the bathroom and in a separate open-plan area, the kitchen and in an elevated section, the living-dining room. An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where the main bedroom opens to a large veranda overlooking the garden with colorful flowers and the surrounding area with tall green trees, offering a sense of blending with nature.

This apartment is ideal for families who want to enjoy unique moments and relax with the variety of spaces it offers.

The apartment is minimally and modernly designed, featuring bright colors and fully equipped with built-in furniture and aluminum frames.

Main Bedroom (Lower Level):

• 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, mattress and base type) with a wood-upholstered headboard, flanked by two nightstands
• A 19-inch Plasma LCD TV
• A wardrobe, a mirror with a dressing table and a luggage rack complete the decor

Living Room – Kitchen Area (Upper Level):

• Includes a sliding sofa bed (75 cm x 185 cm) for two additional guests, paired with a small table
• Features another 19-inch Plasma LCD TV
• The dining area includes a table and four leather chairs
• The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge (60 cm x 140 cm), kitchen cupboards, an electric stovetop-oven and a stainless steel sink

Bathroom (Upper Level):

• Separate, featuring a shower with cabin

• Guaranteed daily cleaning once per day, provided the departure is no later than 12:00 PM. For later departures, cleaning is not guaranteed and depends on workload.
