De rest… Heel leuk kleinschalig hotelletje. Super schoon en netjes. Bijna aan het strand. Ontbijtservice. Super vriendelijk personeel. Vlakbij een gezellig dorpje drepano. Een heerlijke plek om even tot rust te komen.

Het bed was erg hard Douchekop konden we niet ophangen. Bij het barretje een paar lekkere stoelen ipv een plastic tuinset zou gelijk wat bijdragen aan de sfeer, uitstraling en comfort😁

Our family often books apartments when going on holiday so we really can compare objectively and be open-minded. Staying at Maria’s Filoxenia suites was wonderful! It’s a large area with a beautiful mandarin trees grove, very quiet and airy. The apartment is 9 years old but doesn’t feel like it due to the fact that everything is new and very clean. The quality of housekeeping is high level. The room already has everything you need including everything in the kitchen but if for any reason you need anything else, the owner would be happy to help and immediately get it for you as he did with us! Outside there is a bar counter where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee with some fresh cooked pastries. It is a 3 minute walk to the sea with a nice sandy beach and crystal clear water. The shore is very smooth, gets deeper little by little: perfect for a vacation with kids. Plenty of bars and cafes on the beach. It’s a must to rent a car if you are going on vacation to Drepano to go sightseeing or just visit nearby villages and towns. There is an ancient Assini castle, or Acropolis Assini, around 5 kilometers away and a beautiful Nafplio town that used to be a capital. We went at the beginning of August and there were mosquitoes but there are fumigators in the rooms. Staff speaks English and even Russian, all of them are very friendly hospitable and hardworking, especially our host Dimitris who has done everything possible that our vacation was perfect and always went extra mile to meet all our needs. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay, everything was great! Наша семья ездит в апартаменты на отдых часто, поэтому нам есть с чем сравнивать. Оценка Марии-Филоксении – великолепно! Большая площадь, вокруг – мандариновая роща, просторно, тихо. Несмотря на то, что апартаментам девять лет, всё очень современное, новое, чистое. Видно, что хозяин ухаживает. Очень качественная уборка.

Cortesia dei proprietari. Ordine e pulizia dei locali, nuovissimi, spaziosi, ben arredati. Terrazzino spazioso con vista su un aranceto. Ottimo e funzionale uso della cucina. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Epidauro e Micene. Affascinante e curatissima nel complesso nella vegetazione e nell’architettura l’intera struttura

η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ όμορφη και κοντά στην θάλασσα μόλις 5 λεπτά . το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο , άνετο και καθαρό . ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικός όπως επίσης και το προσωπικό! σίγουρα το προτείνουμε και κυρίως για οικογένειες!

Auf einer Skala von 5 Punkten sollte Dimitris 6 erhalten!. Er arbeitet extrem hart um allen den Aufenthalt so schön und angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Er gab uns gute Tipps, für Strände, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nicht gekocht und daher keine Küchen Utensilien gebraucht. Frühstück wird nicht serviert aber es hat eine Bar wo ein Kaffee offeriert wird. Um die Anlage hat es Citrus Bäume, daher sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, tolle Restaurants und Einkaufs Möglichkeiten. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sehr schöne Bucht aber kein Sandstrand. Ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil um die Umgebung zu erforschen, und andere Restaurants und Strände zu sehen

Es gibt eigentlich keine negativen Punkte. Dies ist kein Luxus Resort und das ist gut so, Die Preise sind sehr korrekt.
